Our Promise to You
We are so confident in our Great American Beef Jerky that we guarantee every single product. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we want to hear from you. Just give us a call at (208) 359-0590 or email us the details at targheebrands@hotmail.com.
If you return any unopened, re-sellable merchandise within 30 days of your order, we'll happily refund you the cost of the product. The only thing we can't refund is the original shipping fee. We make it easy, with no questions asked!
*If your product was defective or if we made a mistake with your order, we will refund the full purchase price.
Receiving Your Refund
Once we've received and inspected your returned product, we'll issue a refund for the total purchase price, minus the shipping charges. If you paid with a gift certificate, you'll get store credit. For all other purchases, the refund will go back to your original payment method.
What If My Address Was Wrong?
Mistakes happen! But if your order is returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address you provided, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend it to the correct location.
What If the Package Arrives Damaged?
Please check your package as soon as it arrives, ideally before the driver leaves. If you see any damage, contact the delivery service right away. And hold on to all the packaging materials until the problem is sorted out.
